Mission Statement: The Rigg International Swiftwater Challenge is designed to promote camaraderie, good will utilizing standard rescue equipment, and philosophies woven into a competitive spirit to serve the swiftwater and flood community internationally, in a fun and challenging competitive atmosphere, for the benefit of the Higgins and Langley Memorial Awards in Swiftwater and Flood Rescue, a well deserved charity.
